Upon Signature by Customer and submission to Connectivity Inc., this Quote shall become legally binding between Connectivity, Inc. and
Customer, unless otherwise agreed by Connectivity Inc. and Customer.

The initial term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year (“Initial Term”). The Agreement shall thereafter be automatically renewed for additional terms of one (1) year each (each a “Renewal Term”), unless either party notifies the other in writing no later than (30) days prior to the end of the then current Renewal Term that it does not wish to renew the Agreement. Additionally, Customer agrees to participate in a case study upon successful implementation.
